What is RepeatOffenderProgram.com?
RepeatOffenderProgram.com is a Nevada Department of Motor Vehicle's approved eight (8) hour course. If your court assigned you to a repeat offender/8hour program, this course will satisfy those requirements.

How quickly can I finish this course?
The great thing about this course is that you can work at your own pace. No one is sitting over your shoulder making you slow down or speed up. Everyone reads at different speeds, and this program will allow you to proceed at your own pace with no time maximum for the program. The average completion time varies on your reading ability, but should never take more than an actual sit down class.

How long does it take to get the certificate?
Upon completion of the course, the certificate will be mailed to you. You are responsible for returning it to the proper court.

Does the course cost anything?
It costs $120 to attend RepeatOffenderProgram.com. This will cover all elements of the course , including immediate access to this site and the completion certificate. Regular in-class traffic schools charge similar fees. Traffic schools are privately operated businesses, and whether you sit in a class or choose this online program, you will need to pay for it.

How can I pay for the course?
You can pay for the course two different ways, either by credit card or by check debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Check debit cards are those issued by your bank that link directly to your checking account. As long as the card has a Visa or Mastercard symbol on it, it will work just like a credit card. After you fill out the registration form, you will be linked to a completely secure credit card page where you can pay quickly and effortlessly. The site is encrypted to make your online purchase safe.

What if my deadline for completion of the traffic school has passed?
Contact your court directly for instructions regarding the extension of your due date. RepeatOffenderProgram.com cannot extend your due date.

How do I register for this course?
Registration for this course is quite simple. You can click here and be taken to the online registration page. Just complete all the appropriate fields, and you can get started right away. You may also contact us (any time! 24 hour availability!) via telephone and have our courteous staff register you. Either way, it just takes minutes and you are able to start right away.

Can I use someone else's computer or Internet service?

That is what makes this course so easy and great! You can take this at home, work, a friend or family member's house, or your local library. You can even rent time on the Internet at a copy/computer center. Whatever computer you use, you simply need Internet access. You can also start on your own computer and then finish on another. *This program also works with WEBTV.

Must I complete this course in one sitting?

RepeatOffenderProgram.com is designed for the person who does not have a lot of time. The course is broken up into fourteen (14) sections. You can complete one segment, for example, log off, and then log back on at a later time, and the computer will record the section you have completed. You can log on and off as many times as you wish until you complete the program. You can also do the entire course in one sitting.....it is up to you.

What if I have no e-mail address?
Do not worry if you do not have an e-mail address, as one is not needed to take this course. Any correspondence can be directly printed off the program or be done via mail or telephone. On the registration form under e-mail address, simply click on the no e-mail button if you do not have one. Or you may also use a friend's e-mail address if you wish.

I have already enrolled. How do I get back into the program?
If you have already enrolled, you have a username and password. You may re-enter those codes on our home page where instructed as many times as necessary to access and complete the program or click HERE for the login screen. If you have forgotten or lost your username or password, give us a call at 877-972-4665. Should you have an emergency with our course and can't get a hold of anyone at our office, please call our emergency line at 805-794-7584.

I just got knocked off line in the middle of a section. What do I do now?
Many Internet users are knocked off line frequently. This may result from a lost Internet connection, another call interrupting your connection if you are on a single line with call waiting, or simply because your own computer crashes. Remember, as you complete each section of the course, your progress is logged. Completion of chapter one, for example, cannot be lost if your answers are submitted to the system and graded on screen. Being knocked off line at that point, will only bring you back to the start of the next chapter, it will not delete chapter one. Our website is unable to control your Internet connection, and inactivity on your part will not result in our system knocking you off line. Any activity requirements will be on the part of your Internet service provider.

Are there any special computer or download requirements to participate in the course?

There are no videos to download for our program and no special requirements at all of your computer. If you are on this screen and on our website, you can typically enroll and complete the course without a problem.

What happens if I fail the final? Can I take it again?
You may take the final as many times as you need without having to pay a retake fee. If you fail, you are required to wait four (4) hours before you can retake the final, but you may review the material during that time.
